Position Overview: The primary objective of the Entry Level Management Trainee position is to gain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of operations. As the demands of our clients grow, so does the need for exceptional management. This entry-level position is designed to provide structured training and guidance under the mentorship of our experienced management team.
Entry Level Management Trainee Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10-15 individuals by coaching, motivating, and driving sales to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance team performance and meet company goals.
- Participate in our selective training program, focusing on customer service, sales, and operational excellence.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and services, fostering a loyal clientele, and increasing incremental revenue.
- Provide corrective actions when necessary and hold yourself and your team accountable for production and quality.
- Master company systems and procedures to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
- Communicate performance feedback honestly and directly to ensure continuous improvement.
Entry Level Management Trainee Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of leadership or management experience.
