Overview

The Customer Service Specialist is the first point of contact for the guests at Stinker stores. As the face of our stores, Customer Service Specialists provide support by answering questions, providing product recommendations, completing transactions, stocking,

and maintaining the appearance of the store.

What You'll Do:

• Exhibit customer service excellence by fostering a welcoming environment and assisting customers with their needs.
• Accurately/Efficiently complete sales transactions and follow appropriate cash handling procedures
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, fronted and faced, and priced accordingly.
• Maintain inventory and proper rotation of products.
• Ensure that the store is kept tidy and welcoming to our guests by maintaining restrooms, cooler interior and exteriors, parking lot and fuel islands, equipment, food service area, interior store shelves and storage areas, and ensuring that parking lot and interior floors remain free of debris and spills
• Uphold safety standards by following the guidelines provided in the Safety Manual. Ensuring that all accidents or incidents are reported according to company policy and procedure.

What You'll Need:

• Must be at least 19 years of age or older
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work from eye level to floor level
• Must be able to stand on a step stool or ladder
• Must be able to work in a cooler averaging 32 degrees Fahrenheit

Hours: Part time, 8-29 hours/week

Shift: Open availability required - Days and times may vary, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
