As a Support Desk Technician, you'll be the first line of defense when our stores and offices encounter software or hardware issues. Your mission? Troubleshoot problems, pinpoint the root cause, and swoop in with the perfect fix. You'll keep systems running smoothly, ensuring no glitch or error goes unresolved. From diagnosing technical hiccups to following up with the right solutions, you'll make sure everyone stays up and running. Think of yourself as our tech superhero—always ready to save the day!

- Troubleshoot problems and offer solutions, coordinating with other IT areas as needed- debugging the system, and our day-to-day!
- Respond to 24/7 after-hours support calls for high-priority issues, participating in the on-call schedule for support needs- because sometimes technology has a mind of its own.
- Assist end-users with software and PC-related issues, maintaining documentation of resolutions. It's the code for success!
