Product Manager

Position Overview :

As a Product Manager, you will oversee the scoping, delivery, and launch of internal and external solutions. This role bridges strategy and execution, enabling you to translate strategic roadmaps into actionable work items, drive execution, and manage product launches. Collaborating closely with business and technology teams, you'll assume diverse responsibilities typically distributed across roles such as Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Business Analyst in other organizations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Roadmap Execution : Break down strategic roadmaps into actionable items (Epics, Features, Stories) and manage them through the release lifecycle.
• Process Design : Define high-level user flows and business processes to meet critical business objectives in partnership with stakeholders.
• Requirement Development : Collaborate with teams to establish designs and acceptance criteria for roadmap requirements.
• Delivery Support : Facilitate delivery and user acceptance testing to ensure quality outcomes.
• Launch Management : Oversee communications, training, and activities to support successful product releases.
• Performance Monitoring : Track product performance, define KPIs, and measure product value.
• Project Management : Organize workflows and manage projects using tools like Asana or similar.

Qualifications :

10 years in product management (transportation / logistics experience is a plus).

Proficiency in tools such as Aha, Azure DevOps, Lucid, and Figma.

Deep understanding of product release cycles and post-launch support.
