As an Operations Manager of Optimization, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional initiatives, use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize business operations. You will collaborate across teams, drive process improvements, and ensure operational excellence to support the company's goals.

  • Analyze current operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.
  • Collaborate with departments such as supply chain, production, customer service, and IT to ensure seamless execution of optimization initiatives.
  • Lead process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and track the success of optimization efforts.
  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to assess operational trends, provide actionable insights, and support decision-making.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to resolve process bottlenecks and operational challenges.
  • Provide training and mentorship to teams on best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and progress updates to senior management.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in operations management technologies and practices.
  • Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by encouraging teams to find ways to work more effectively and efficiently.
  • Inspire, develop, and support direct reports and their teams to achieve operational excellence while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Lead change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new processes and drive organizational success.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all optimization initiatives while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

We’re Excited About You Because You…

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Bring 5-7 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or a similar role.
  • Possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
  • Have experience managing vendor relationships, contracts and opex.
  • Have experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Are an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Thrive in an environment where autonomy and responsibility are granted, and you are committed to empowering your teams.
  • Have a track record of identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing strategic initiatives that drive measurable results.
  • Understand business operations and have experience optimizing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation And Benefits

This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance.This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. Salary Range

$91,100—$107,200 USD
