Inside Account Manager - Job Description

Position Summary:
The Stitch Golf Inside Account Manager will play a critical role in developing strong relationships with customers as well as to identify new opportunities for revenue growth. This individual will work closely with the sales team and cross functional internal teams to keep our customers satisfied and engaged with our products and brand experience.
This salaried position is for individuals seeking to gain experience in sales account management. The position is an on-site role at STITCH HQ in Apex NC and may require occasional travel.
Primarily responsible for generating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships for wholesale and corporate accounts.
Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key point of contact for all customer account management
- Outbound calls to customers as a Thank you for their business and to create new business leads or orders and inquire on event schedules for gifting
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our golf brand solution
- Clearly communicate with the internal and external stakeholders in person, via email or phone daily to optimize customer portfolios
- Ability to answer a wide array of customer inquiries on new orders, order status and product-driven questions
- Full understanding of all Stitch process and ordering systems
- Coordinate with pre-production team to set up, edit and ensure all logo information is correct prior to production
- Assist with challenging customer requests or escalations as needed
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or in the Golf industry with a passion to provide exceptional support
- High touch customer mentality that includes excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong organizational skills to balance and manage time with a focus on accuracy
- Proficient with Office 365 and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- PGA Class “A” Professional Status-not mandatory yet a bonus
- BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
