Litigation Associate (2-5 Years) – Atlanta Office
Stites & Harbison, PLLC , a full-service law firm, is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our Atlanta, GA office. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator to enhance their expertise while working on a diverse range of commercial litigation and professional liability matters .
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle a broad spectrum of commercial litigation and professional liability cases.
- Manage all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, strategy development, discovery, and trial preparation .
- Draft sophisticated legal briefs, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests .
- Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, and courtroom proceedings .
- Collaborate with litigation teams and clients in the professional services industry .
- Provide strategic legal counsel, ensuring exceptional client service .
- Work with litigation support staff to prepare cases for trial, including coordinating witness interviews and depositions .
- Represent clients in court, including arguing motions and conducting direct and cross-examinations .
