Compensation and Benefits

- Customer Service Representative Responsibilities;
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls
- Analyze customer needs and offer suitable recommendations
- Meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, and quality
- Customer Service Representative Requirements;
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare / call center experience
- Stable work history
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Associate Degree preferred
