Human Resources Generalist Key Responsibilities :
Assist with software implementation and integration within Paylocity, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new tools and systems by the HR team.Manage data entry and ongoing maintenance of HR information in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring that employee data is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with organizational policies and legal requirements.Create, generate, and maintain comprehensive HR reports to track key metrics such as turnover, headcount, recruiting efforts, and organizational charts. Use data analysis to inform decision-making and continuously improve HR processes.Serve as a key point of contact for vendors and benefit brokers, addressing and resolving employee questions and claims. Maintain positive relationships with external partners to ensure smooth benefits administration.Oversee and manage the annual open enrollment process, ensuring employees understand their benefits options and can make informed decisions. Coordinate all logistics and communications related to the open enrollment period.Attend SHRM meetings, conferences, and other professional development events to stay current on HR trends, best practices, and compliance regulations.Human Resources Generalist Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.SHRM certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) required.5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with a proven track record of successfully handling HR functions such as benefits administration, employee relations, and HRIS management.Strong experience with HR software and systems, including Paylocity (or similar platforms).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.Please apply online for immediate consideration for the Human Resources Generalist position!
