Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team in an industry-leading, family-friendly, and flexible company? We are seeking an energetic team player to join our Operations Team as an Office Assistant. This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with extensive opportunities for career advancement and development. Schedule- Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. 2 days per week 10AM-7PM
Office Assistant Responsibilities :
- Responding to customer inquires by phone and email
- Receiving and processing customer correspondence
- Entering, scanning and indexing data and documentation
- General administrative duties as assigned
