A nonprofit workforce development organization based in Cleveland, OH, is starting their search for Summer Student Success Coaches! This rewarding program assists students in their growth and readies them to start working after they complete school. This would be the perfect position for supplemental Summer work with an exciting bonus upon completion!
Student Success Coach Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain working relationships with program youth and their families as well as worksite supervisors.
- Review youth time sheets each week during the work experience for accuracy and completion. Must resolve any discrepancies timely and efficiently, and maintain accurate reports of the process.
- Serve as the primary contact for youth participants and their family for questions regarding the program, work experience, and payroll-related questions.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings as scheduled and required.
