- Collaborate with team members to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships for inventory needs.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hibachi Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food handling procedures, and kitchen management practices.
- Experience in inventory management and control is preferred.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff effectively.
