As a key part of our guest experience team, you will be responsible for delivering an unforgettable dining experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dishes from assigned stations under the guidance of our Chefs and Sous Chefs.
- Execute all menu items to the highest standard.
- Maintain a complete understanding of work safety and emergency procedures.
- Read food tickets accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize standard recipe cards and plating guides to ensure consistency and quality.
- Ensure that all food products meet our quality standards consistently.
- Maintain timely order delivery from the kitchen to the dining room.
- Complete daily tasks before leaving for the day and communicate with Sous Chefs and Executive Sous Chefs.
