Job Description: Line Cook

We are seeking a highly skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional dishes while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare dishes from assigned stations under the guidance of our Chefs/Sous Chefs.
• Execute all menu items for assigned stations with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of work safety and emergency procedures.
• Develop expertise in reading food tickets and utilizing standard recipe cards and plating guides.
• Promote consistency in preparing dishes that meet our quality standards, resulting in positive guest feedback.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders from the kitchen to the dining room.
• Communicate effectively with the Sous Chef/Executive Sous Chef on duty regarding tasks and departures.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to Health Department and corporate guidelines.
• Perform all duties while following health department sanitation requirements.
• Complete additional tasks with enthusiasm, dedication, and professionalism.
