What You’ll Do
As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, exceptional guest experiences, and team efficiency. Your mission is to lead, support, and inspire the FOH team while maintaining service excellence, guest satisfaction, and operational success in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow
- Lead and mentor FOH team members, fostering a positive and professional work environment
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, service, and guest engagement
- Assist in training, scheduling, and coaching FOH team members to ensure operational success
- Ensure all guest concerns and requests are handled efficiently and professionally
- Work closely with management and kitchen teams to ensure seamless communication and service execution
- Oversee table management, reservations, and service efficiency to maximize guest experience
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance to maintain a polished dining environment
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and POS system management
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
- Execute tasks assigned by Restaurant Leadership with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong understanding of front-of-house operations, guest service, and team leadership
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and service standards
- Comfortable with POS systems, reservations, and floor management
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mentality
