This is not your standard 9-to-5 job—our call center operates
during peak dining hours to serve guests when they need us most. Must be
comfortable with evening, late-night, and weekend availability.

About the Role
The Guest Service Agent is a critical part of our team,
handling high-volume guest inquiries across multiple platforms (phone, chat,
email, and social media). You’ll coordinate reservations, private dining,
catering, and take-out orders while ensuring each guest experience is seamless
and stress-free.

Who We Are Looking For :
customer service pro with a passion for hospitality
under pressure in a high-volume, constantly evolving setting
with Contact Center communication software, OpenTable, Microsoft 365
problem-solver who can think fast and adapt quickly
communicator with excellent phone etiquette and writing skills
and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays—we’re busiest when
