Must be okay with occasional travel, although it is infrequent.
The Operations Manager is responsible for the oversight of technicians and installers on all projects. You will assist management with development and implementation of processes/polices to improve efficiencies in the operations department. Ideal candidates will have experience fielding calls/emails from clients for service issues and monitors installation/service tickets for accuracy and completion. Daily oversight of project management to ensure projects are being completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversees the performance of technical personnel on all projects
2. Assist with the development and implementation of processes/policies for the Operations department
3. Responsible for analyzing and identifying reasons for project overages
4. Monitors accuracy of service/installation tickets and employee timesheets daily.
5. Assists with other departmental reports as required
6. Supervises all service employees for compliance with company employee handbook
7. Supervises all safety training requirements
8. Other duties as assigned from time to time by management
9. Tracking and scheduling of Preventive Maintenance appointments on all projects
Qualifications:
A four year college degree or two-year associates degree from an accredited college or university.

9. Must be able to read and effectively interpret general business documentation.
10. Valid and current driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
