Examples of Duties:
- Manage and maintain Kanban boards for Commercial Mainframe and Comm/Ag Mainframe teams
- Create stories and Close SDM tickets
- Set Priorities
- Close cards at completion
- Maintain and manage business relationship with Stats, Actuary, Controllers and Commissions
- Budget – Work with Applications Development Managers to ensure budget allocations for the team
- Manage Mainframe Team and Comm/Ag Mainframe TeamWork with Program team to ensure all work items have been captured
- Manage team to ensure work completion
- Analysis and troubleshooting of issues as needed
- Manage IT specific work items and ensure completion
- Fulfill and/or ensure fulfillment of Audit and Security requests
Typically requires:
- At least 8 years of related experience
- 2 years of lead experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
- Experience in IT or database administration a plus
- In-depth knowledge of the TCP / IP protocol suite
