A developer that specializes in configuring and developing solutions on Salesforce Field Service to meet business needs. As a Salesforce Developer, you will need hands on development experience in Salesforce using an agile approach to the software development lifecycle, from client discovery, design, and development to testing. The role involves; translating functional and design specifications into technical concepts, Salesforce configuration & code, coordinating with the devops team to deploy new features, unit testing completed user stories. Good to know : CI/CD Pipeline Management involves setting up DevOps pipeline and streamlining the software development lifecycle to ensure continuous integration, delivery, and deployment. Additional required skills and experience include:
- Salesforce Field Service
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform Developer I
- Project experience building Flows and Lightning Apps
- Execution of Salesforce administrator and techno-functional design concepts independently
- Agile project experience
- Use of Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar agile project tool
