Entry Level Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
- Present products and services to customers while building relationships and managing their accounts effectively
- Develop and implement sales strategies to present to customers that will benefit them and drive revenue in the telecommunications market
- Identify new business opportunities to expand our clients customer base
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Ability to learn the services and attach any promotions, upgrades, or add on devices
- Learn how to adjust sales tactics based on customer demand
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and proposals to senior management when necessary
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets to meet or exceed goals
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions
Entry Level Sales Assistant Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or a related field (telecommunications experience is a plus but not required for the role)
- Communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
