We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Associate to join our team and as an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional services. The Entry Level Sales Associate will be knowledgeable in all product and service offerings, being able to provide customers with low cost per service and high speed internet. Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Present products and services to customers while building relationships and managing their accounts effectively
• Develop and implement sales strategies to present to customers that will benefit them and drive revenue in the telecommunications market
• Identify new business opportunities to expand our clients customer base
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Ability to learn the services and attach any promotions, upgrades, or add on devices
• Learn how to adjust sales tactics based on customer demand
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and proposals to senior management when necessary
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets to meet or exceed goals
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions

Entry Level Sales Associate Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or a related field (telecommunications experience is a plus but not required for the role)
• Communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is an advantage
• A passion for the telecommunications industry is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,950.00 - $5,275.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
