Job Title :   CNC Programmer

We are seeking 1 qualified candidate available to work on the following days and times :

  • 1st Shift :   Monday - Friday from 7 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-precision components according to strict specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical expertise, and a commitment to upholding our quality standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop CNC programs using CAM software based on engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Ability to work after-hours when required.
  • Stay current in technological advancements and embrace growth opportunities.
  • Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
  • Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software.
  • Must have knowledge of Mastercam / Solidworks.

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in CAD / CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam) for programming CNC machines.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, including milling, turning, and drilling.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 : 2015 quality management systems and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in machining or related field.
  • Must have 3 years of machining experience.
  • Must have 5 years of programming experience.
  • Extensive experience with computer modeling software.
