Qualifications
Current clearances as required by law. Minimum of B.S. in Education, specific to subject area requirements (as applicable). Current PA Certificate in designated curricular areas (as applicable). Demonstrates aptitude for successful completion of the tasks and all responsibilities assigned.
Job Goal
Establish a program and a class environment that promotes social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth by providing rich and engaging experiences. Establish effective rapport with students, motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for learning, in accordance with each student’s ability. Create and maintain a good relationship with parents and other staff members.
