Lateral candidates with prior experience are preferred. Areas of practice for this position include assisting our public school district clients with construction projects; reviewing and negotiating owner agreements; handling public bidding and procurement procedures; assisting with land use, zoning and municipal approvals; and supporting related real estate issues in connection with public school district facilities and projects.
