**Job Summary:**
Our servers are responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to guests by delivering professional, attentive, and personalized service. The role requires a deep knowledge of the menu, wine pairings, and the ability to anticipate guests' needs to ensure a memorable dining experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Guest Service:**
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Explain menu items, specials, and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences.
- Answer questions regarding dietary restrictions and allergens.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages with precision and attention to detail.
2. **Dining Room Management:**
- Set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper table settings.
- Monitor and manage table assignments and flow of service.
- Assist with the coordination of large parties and special events.
3. **Knowledge and Expertise:**
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Understand and recommend appropriate wine pairings and beverages.
- Stay informed about restaurant promotions, special events, and new menu items.
4. **Customer Interaction:**
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Provide personalized service, remembering regular guests' preferences and needs.
5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Assist in training new staff members as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving service standards.
6. **Sales and Upselling:**
- Promote and upsell menu items, specials, and beverages.
- Suggest additional courses, desserts, and after-dinner drinks.
7. **Compliance and Safety:**

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings.
