Cafe Barista
Stock & Brew, the area’s newest upscale coffee and cafe concept, is seeking experienced Bartista’s to join our new location launching within The District, in Santa Rosa Beach.
We want someone passionate about service who believes in creating memorable customer experiences over great coffee and quality food. Team members work alongside cafe managers to deliver superior service in a well-appointed, creative setting. Applicants should have experience in the hospitality industry and be willing to learn new skills.
Michael Carey, the CEO of Encore Brands, began in 2012 with a 1,000 sq. ft. showroom in Birmingham, Alabama. His love for furniture and design was born from a passion for real estate and construction.
Today, Stock and Trade Design Co. and its related enterprises have five retail locations, a growing social media presence, and solid business relationships with designers and industry partners.
We are poised for our next stage, opening a 76,000 sq. ft. flagship showroom, Stock and Trade Design, this fall within The District. This “lifestyle concept” project will feature a variety of dining and drinking experiences, residences, and retail.
Responsibilities
- Open and close cafe to expectations
- Deliver high level customer service
- Proficiency with POS and hospitality ordering systems
- Maintain cafe merchandise program
- Follow food preparation, safety, and sanitation requirements
- Possesses the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of most coffee beverages
- Experience within the food industry
- Demonstrate the ability to drive profitable results
- Strategic & mental agility
- Be organized and self-driven
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
