The firm has offices in San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Dallas, and Phoenix.Opportunity and Position Summary : Stockbridge is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong portfolio, showcasing exceptional skills in creating visually compelling materials for both digital and print mediums. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to produce marketing collateral that aligns with our brand identity and supports our business objectives in the real estate investment management sector.Primary Duties and Responsibilities : Lead the design and production of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, pitch decks, presentations, reports and digital assets that align with the company's branding and business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and investment teams, to understand project goals and develop visually compelling and effective design solutions.Creation of digital content for websites, email campaigns, social media, and other online platforms to enhance the company's digital presence.Ensure consistency in visual identity across all communication materials, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and enhancing brand recognition.Design visual assets for investor communications, including presentations, investor reports, and newsletters, ensuring clear and engaging communication of financial data and investment insights.Mentor and guide junior designers, offering feedback and fostering skill development in a collaborative environment.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results under pressure.Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging design tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to design projects.Create visual representations of complex real estate data, making it accessible and engaging for both internal stakeholders and external investors.Assist in the development of branding materials for new investment opportunities and real estate projects.Support events team creative needs.Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for print production and other design-related services.Skills and Competencies : Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior role.Strong portfolio showcasing experience in corporate or financial design, especially in real estate or investment sectors.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), Microsoft Suite, and other design tools.Knowledge of print production processes and digital asset management.Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and collaboration skills with both creative and business teams.Compensation : Competitive - based on experience.
