Opportunity and Position Summary:
Join Core and Value Advisors (CVA), a dynamic real estate investment platform encompassing funds and separate accounts with strategies spanning core, value-add, and ground-up development. As an Acquisitions Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and analyzing investment opportunities within the Midwest and Northeast. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Investment Onboarding and Coordination: Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new investments by collaborating with senior team members and managing critical documentation.
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and assess potential investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Data Management and Enhancement: Develop and maintain robust internal data collection processes, including sales tracking, income statement analysis, and pipeline updates, to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Presentation and Reporting: Prepare compelling internal and external presentations, memoranda, and reports detailing proposed investment opportunities, new investment vehicles, and existing asset performance.
- Transaction Execution: Support senior team members in the analysis, documentation, and execution of various capital transactions, including acquisitions, partnerships, financings, development programs, and disposition strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including operating partners, leasing/sales brokers, lenders, accounting teams, legal counsel, and other market contacts.
- Investment Committee Presentations: Assist in the presentation of investment proposals to the Investment Committee, contributing to informed decision-making.
Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from an accredited institution required. Degrees in real estate, finance, business, accounting, economics, or a related field are preferred. Strong academic performance is essential.
- 2-4 years of relevant real estate experience, with a proven aptitude for financial modeling. Experience living in or investing in the Midwest and Northeast is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, as well as Argus.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to thrive in both collaborative team environments and independently.
- Strong sense of self-motivation, responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit, with a keen desire to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Total Rewards:
Competitive. The base pay scale for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 annually. Stockbridge’s base pay scale depends on geographic location, business line, years of experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. A discretionary annual bonus is also included in addition to base pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and STD & LTD insurance. Stockbridge provides a 401K plan with a match as well as generous vacation, sick time and holiday time off.
