The Contract Sr. Change Leader will join a team in the Finance Transformation department. Finance champions the financial stewardship and integrity of the company, providing clarity, insights, and confidence to impact decision making in support of the company's vision. We optimize processes, technology, and data to lead change and manage risk.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale organizational changes across multiple divisions and external teams. They should demonstrate a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication plans targeting a significant number of associates, with measurable and visible impacts on the company’s success.
This role has opened as part of the finance transformation project, a multi-program initiative that began earlier this year. We’re also undertaking a transformation within human capital, and, as part of this, we’re establishing a team of project leaders to join my team and support these efforts.
Given the scope and scale of the finance transformation, we have several workstreams that require dedicated project leaders or managers.
Job Requirements
- 7 years experience in Change Management
- Bachelor's Degree and or equivalent, transformation in the financial industry
- Experience managing large-scale organizational changes across multiple divisions and external teams
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication plans targeting a significant number of people, with measurable and visible impacts on the company’s success.
- Certifications: CCMP, Prosci certification
Other Duties & Responsibilities:
- As a Senior Change Lead, you will lead the change management and adoption plan strategies for critical change initiatives and system implementations, driving new and /or different business processes.
- Write, manage and support communication efforts for a variety of change initiatives as well as day-to-day communication needs
- Work closely with project managers and deployment leads to ensure change activities across the organization are well harmonized and align with department strategies
- Identify potential risks, points of resistance, gaps and develop corrective action plans
- Develop, maintain and report on an overall integrated delivery / adoption plan related to critical change initiatives for the company
- Develop communication materials, key messages and collaborate with subject matter experts on communication deliverables and continuous improvement ideas
- Ensure messages are delivered to the right audience at the right time, using appropriate communication channels
- Identifying and evangelizing reasons why we are changing and the benefits to be delivered from the planned change Duties: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support program adoption and success. Collaborate with stakeholders to design, deliver, and assess training programs that align with transformation objectives and ensure teams are equipped to navigate and embrace change effectively.
Salary : $150,000 - $186,000
