As a Technical Specialist with Stockell Consulting, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional onsite support to our clients in Marshalltown IA. This is a Senior IT Support position within the North America Enterprise IT Team, requiring a strong background in hardware, software, and communication systems.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Enterprise IT Support Lead. In this role, you will provide expert-level technical support to our clients, working closely with our centrally provided IT services to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience within a general IT environment, with previous experience in supporting clients, servers, and communication equipment. You should possess a basic understanding of IT fields such as VMware ESXi/VCenter, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Cisco networking knowledge, CITRIX, MS Remote Access, IP networking administration and services including DNS, DHCP, Security & Compliance tools, Active Directory, GPO & policy design and support.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to take on a leadership role within our team. As an Enterprise IT Support Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring optimum support for end-users at all times, acting as the escalation point for issue resolution between the business and the IT community, and maintaining relevant IT documentation.
