What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior IT Infrastructure Support Expert position at Stockell Consulting?
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Support Expert to join our team as an Enterprise IT Support Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to take on a leadership role within our team, providing expert-level technical support to our clients, working closely with our centrally provided IT services to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience within a general IT environment, with previous experience in supporting clients, servers, and communication equipment. You should possess a basic understanding of IT fields such as VMware ESXi/VCenter, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Cisco networking knowledge, CITRIX, MS Remote Access, IP networking administration and services including DNS, DHCP, Security & Compliance tools, Active Directory, GPO & policy design and support.
This role requires strong planning and administrative skills, with the ability to follow and enforce Emerson policies regarding IT management, security, standards, and procedures. You will also be responsible for assisting users with business proposal generation, regarding our standards and policies.
