Description :

The Stocker Chevrolet Parts Department is seeking to hire a full-time entry level parts counterperson. This position will split time between parts deliveries (driving the company parts van) and counter responsibilities(computer and inventory work).

Seeking candidates with :

  • automotive parts knowledge
  • organizational skills
  • computer skills
  • communication skills
  • positive attitude
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Work Hours

  • Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm

    • Requirements :

  • Part deliveries & pickups
  • Parts lookups for technicians, bodyshops, repair facilities, retail customers
  • Billing parts to repair orders
  • Creating & Invoicing orders for outside shops
  • Creating and receiving purchase orders
  • Inventory cycle counts & organization
  • Parts room upkeep
  • Communication within the parts dept & with other departments
  • Answering internal and outside phone calls
