Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Provides all types of teller transactions accurately and according to policy and procedure
- Provides account services to customers
- Answers questions in person or on telephone
- Cross-sells bank products
- Completes requests such as opening & closing accounts
- Reconciles cash drawer daily
- Maintains supply of cash and currency
- Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations through confidentiality
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related work requirements
Bank Teller Skills and Qualifications:
