Position General Responsibilities:
This is a management position overseeing the internal credit review process by performing credit reviews and assigning, directing and supervising the work of the Credit Review Officers. The process includes review of agricultural, commercial, consumer and real estate loans to assess credit quality, the reasonableness of the risk ratings assigned, and the level of adherence to sound lending practices and the Bank’s loan policy and underwriting procedures and credit administration standards. Prepares written reports of findings, and conducts meeting with management. The position requires approximately 40%-50% travel, including overnight travel. Knowledge of financial statement and cash flow analysis is necessary for job success. Well developed interpersonal communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality is critical.

Education, Experience and Certification Requirements:
A college degree in accounting or related field and five years credit review, credit analyst or commercial or agricultural lending experience. Two years supervisory experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A strong commitment to provide exceptional customer service and to interact professionally with lending and lending support staff.
- A strong working knowledge of Work, Excel, Access or related software.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide information in concise verbal and written formats.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Specific Skill Requirements:
- Knowledge of financial statement and cash flow analysis and generally accepted accounting principals.
- Familiarity with legal contracts and the Uniform Commercial Code as related to lending and collateral perfection.
