Position General Responsibilities :
This position is responsible for the basic oversight of the Video Teller team who provide services using an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). Oversee Video Teller staff and their respective functions. Will perform Video Teller functions in addition to administration functions as needed. Also responsible for assisting with creating and administering training, as well as growth and development of Video Teller Team.
This position will work closely with the Video Teller Manager to develop and implement the Video Teller Team.
This position requires weekend availability.

Education, Experience and Certification Requirements :

Basic Qualifications :
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- 2-3 years experience as a teller.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Proficient in Ten-key skills and computer experience.
- Experience with and willingness to use bank systems.
- Comfortable on camera.

Position Specific Responsibilities, Duties and Competencies :
Provide support and resources for employees to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in their positions.
Promote employee relations that encourage two-way communication between management and employees.
Ensure that customer service and quality standards are consistently maintained, including camera-ready appearance and attire of Video Teller Team.
Work with Manager to schedule staff and work assignments.
Assist with performance reviews for Video Teller staff, including ongoing training and supervision.
Assist with interview / hiring / performance review of Video Teller staff.
Other duties as assigned.
Video Teller Functions :
Perform basic paying and receiving functions including cashing checks, handling deposits, savings withdrawals, etc.
Understand that as Video Teller volume grows, the role of Video Teller and Video Teller Supervisor may change.
