This position is a critical part of the digital banking services we offer our customers. It requires exemplary customer service skills and extensive product knowledge related to business and consumer account related items and functions. It requires frequent customer contact with the servicing and processing of requests and daily processes. This position assists customers, both internal and external.

Basic Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Must be a self-starter; Ability to work independently or with a team; Ability to properly prioritize workload and remain adaptable under pressure; Must have strong organizational and analytical skills; Must possess a solid balance of technical and business knowledge. Ability to multi-task in various programs at one time will be beneficial in this fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Preferred
Prior experience in digital banking, bank operations, project coordination, or similar financial functions preferred. Experience with bank applications and software administration a bonus.
