The Event Manager is responsible for planning and executing exceptional events at Stockton Inn, ensuring seamless coordination, top-tier service, and unforgettable guest experiences. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of hospitality and event logistics. The ideal candidate excels in communication, problem-solving, and managing multiple events simultaneously.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute private events, weddings, and special occasions.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and bring their event to life.

• Work closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless event execution.

• Oversee event logistics, including staffing, setup, breakdown, and vendor coordination.

• Manage event budgets, contracts, and billing.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Handle client inquiries, provide tours, and manage bookings.

• Build relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners.

• Previous experience in event planning, banquet management, or hospitality coordination.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Knowledge of event management software and POS systems is a plus.

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional experiences.
