Provide STEM instruction across all grades and support teachers, administrators, and staff in the development, implementation, and integration of STEM activities to promote excellence and support transformational change throughout the instructional environment; create and support effective STEM-based learning environments to maximize the learning of all students; and develop high quality STEM-related professional learning programs all aligned with the CA NGSS, Common Core Math and ELA standards
