Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with health standards.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
- Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service in various settings.
- Utilize Toast POS system for order entry and payment processing, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or upscale environments, is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
- Experience with cash register operations and basic sales techniques is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
