We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Store Manager to lead our automotive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Open and closing of facility
- Enforcing standard operating procedures.
- Morning team huddles and weekly meetings with General Manager.
- Organizing and dispatching/assigning jobs to technicians.
- Research vehicle histories utilizing all available avenues.
- Work directly with technicians to formulate detailed estimates addressing clients concerns and maintenance recommendations.
- Make sure repair orders and schedule is up to date and customers are informed on the status of their vehicle.
- Oversee the maintenance/repairs of shop tools and equipment. .
Qualifications
- Previous management role is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrate confidence in a leadership role while motivating their team to achieve a common goal.
- Proficient in all aspects of various makes/models of vehicles: their maintenance, repairs, parts, and components.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive repair industry as an automotive technician or service writer..
- Prior knowledge of Tekmetric platform preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. .
