Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while facilitating their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive service and processes, ensuring that customers receive accurate information and recommendations regarding their vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their service needs.
- Provide customers with a detailed explanations of required services, including oil changes, shocks and struts replacement, alignments, and general vehicle maintenance.
- Schedule appointments in a timely manner.
- Source parts utilizing available vendors and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service recommendations, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Promote services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and customer service.
- Prior experience in automotive industry & ASE C1 would be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.
- A valid driver's license is required.
