Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. You will play a vital role in maintaining the bar's efficiency and cleanliness while adhering to all safety and health regulations.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Assist customers in selecting cigars in the humidor and complete the cigar transactions using the POS system.
• Stay informed about drink recipes, trends in the beverage industry, and any special promotions or events.
• Able to work in an environment with Cigar and Pipe smoke.

Experience
Ideally candidates should possess experience in bartending or related roles in the hospitality/service industry. Familiarity with fine cocktails is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
