Stokes Adobe is looking for experienced servers! We are a restaurant located in historical downtown Monterey that is centered around the love of community and gatherings. We serve a seasonally driven menu with classic cocktails and freshly prepared dishes, inspired by the history of the space. Our hospitality group takes pride in operating a professional establishment that is dedicated to providing high quality service and food in a beautiful environment. Job Description:
- Minimum of 2 shifts/week, including weekends and some holidays
- Provide exemplary service. Model a “guest first” mentality, ensuring guests are welcomed and given responsive and friendly service
- Show a high level of awareness of both guests and fellow co-workers
- Ability to uphold company standards of service. This includes adhering to house policies & procedures, and abiding by State and County operating guidelines
Qualifications:
- 1 years serving experience in a fine dining restaurant
- Highly engaged with a strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills with co-workers, management team, and guests
- Able to work and contribute in a team environment
- Highly energetic with a positive and supportive work ethic
- Enjoys hospitality and is able to stay motivated during busy and off-peak times
- Food Safety / RBS certified
- Strong POS Skills
Compensation: $16.50/hour TIPS
