What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler position at Stokes & Associates, Inc.?
A growing Vocational Rehabilitation firm is seeking energetic professional to join the team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to answering phones and emails, scheduling, data entry, drafting documents, filing, scanning, faxing, opening cases, and collections and:
- Communication amongst staff to coordinate doctors’ phone conferences
- Communication with attorneys to coordinate payment to the doctors
- Proficient with Google documents, Adobe and Microsoft Office
- Compiles and maintains claimant information for scheduling purposes
- Manages calendar entries for multiple employees
Professional Experience & Skill Set Requirements:
- Minimum three years administrative experience in a professional setting;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities;
- Demonstrate professional written and oral communication;
- Provide excellent customer service;
- Work independently and as a team;
- Detail oriented;
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; BQE Core Online & ShareFile experience a plus;
- Working knowledge of office machines and telephone systems;
- High degree of discretion with confidential information;
- Sensitivity to the needs of persons with disabilities.
