Headquartered in Naugatuck, CT, we also deliver telehealth services state-wide and in-home mental health therapy to specific areas.
About the position :
Provide in-home non-crisis outpatient level of counseling to clients of our FAM program, designed to work with families who are having a difficult time communicating and working together as a family. Note : FAM Program Clinicians are not on call and are not case managers. This is a clinical role, and we can connect resources as needed.
Who we are looking for :
- Fully licensed mental health therapist in the State of Connecticut (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW).
- 1 -3 years experience conducting counseling / talk therapy sessions with diverse client populations.
- Passion for in-home work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Advanced proficiency in conducting intake assessments and formulating treatment plans.
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide and maintain documentation within the appropriate time frames.
- Have a valid driver's license and access to a properly insured vehicle for work or reliable transportation.
