What are the responsibilities and job description for the SERVICE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP position at Stokes Hodges Aiken Inc.?
Description :
Set, confirm and follow up with Service Appointments. Coordinate with the appropriate Service Advisor and Technician based on the Service need and time available.
- Work closely with the Service Advisors and learn the Technicians' skills
- Respond to phone and internet inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Accurately enter customer information (personal and vehicle) and customer comments / needs into the CRM tool
- Conduct phone surveys to assess the customers experience
- Maintain a follow up system that encourages repeat business and referrals
- Acquire knowledge of services that benefit the customer / their vehicle
- Keep up to date with recalls, products, monthly deals / specials
- Make outbound calls for necessary recalls and warranty work
- Generate business from manifest lists
- Maintain strict confidentiality of personal information of our customers
- Maintain regular attendance
- Other duties as assigned
