Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Stokes Hodges Ford.
As the face of our dealership, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while working towards finding the perfect vehicle for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival
- Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork
- Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1 years sales experience, preferably in auto sales
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
You must be able to stand and walk a large portion of the workday in all weather conditions.
