We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Stokes-Hodges Ford. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our dealership, responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience while selling and delivering vehicles to satisfied customers.
About the Role:
- Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.
- Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively.
- Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department.
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1 years of sales experience, preferably in auto sales.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
