Description
As a courier-document scanner, you will be responsible for scanning and delivering documents to various local dealership locations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Deliver documents promptly and efficiently
- Plan and organize daily routines to optimize efficiency
- Ensure documents are delivered to the correct recipient
- Obtain signatures and other necessary documentation upon delivery as required
- Pick up and drop off work at Department of Motor Vehicles
- Takes deposits to bank and runs company errands as directed
- Provides assistance and support to the title clerk as needed
- Communicate with team members regarding deliveries
- Handles fragile and rare archival materials according to procedures and practices.
- Supports the preparation of materials for scanning.
- Ensures projects and assignments are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintains knowledge and awareness of the documented systems, standards, and policies pertaining to the position and diligently adheres to them; assists in maintaining and updating these as it pertains to the position.
- Maintains timely and detailed documentation of tasks and includes the time taken to complete each task.
- Prepares documents for large scale scanning by removing binders, files, paperclips, sticky notes and straightens bends or creases in paper.
- Performs large volume document scanning utilizing one or more PC workstation with attached scanner(s) using production scanning software.
- Protects the client and organization by keeping all information confidential.
- Performs preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning workstations and peripherals as needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check (MVR). All candidates must have three years of driving experience and an active valid license.
