Come join our Team @ Stolen Sun Craft Brewing and Roasting Company in the heart of Exton PA. We are looking for happy and qualified servers and bartenders. We're currently open Wednesday-Sunday. 1-year experience in the restaurant business is required. Knowledge of craft beer and food is preferred. Availability is important. We have full and part-time availability and the opportunity to grow into Lead positions. Weekend and night work is required, plus that's when you make your money. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment. Your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our patrons while ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests promptly, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, ensuring timely refills and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
• Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Familiarity with POS systems; experience with OpenTable is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays of food and beverages.

Pay: $17.07 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
