Real Estate Operations Manager (Hybrid: From Home and in Office)

In this role, you will oversee three critical areas: Listing Management, Marketing Management, and Transaction Coordination, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the business’s success.
Listing Manager:
- Prepare and manage all aspects of property listings, including data input, arranging photography, staging coordination, and client communication.
Marketing Manager:
- Oversee marketing efforts, including signage, MLS postings, social media content, flyers, and in-home feature signs.
- This is primarily a Monday-Friday role, but occasional flexibility for weekend duties is required. If weekend work is needed, adjusted days/times off will be provided. This would be planned in advance.
Transaction Coordinator:
- Manage contracts from acceptance to closing, ensuring every detail is handled professionally.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and other parties, delivering excellent communication and creating a seamless experience.

Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate.
- Must currently hold or have previously held a real estate license

- Local to Boise/Meridian/Eagle with the flexibility to work from home and/or office as needed.
